Following the film's premiere on Wednesday, Sept. 25, Gaga, 38, was seen leaving the NoMad Hotel after attending the movie's afterparty and arriving at a fan event in two separate chaotic ensembles. Joined by her fiancé Michael Polansky, the pop superstar's first look saw her sporting a striped navy blue and cream mini dress with puffed sleeves.
