A sleepy lakefront town in North Carolina has been named the fast growing suburb in America as one can scoop up a new home for under $500,000. Mooresville is the fastest growing part of the Charlotte Metropolitan area with a population of 50,000, according to the town's website. The quiet town, located near Lake Norman, is a only 25 miles out the big city and is best known for how many NASCAR racing teams and drivers have come from the place - earning it's nickname 'Race City USA.
