The 46-year-old musician, who is currently in the process of divorcing estranged wife Kelly Yazdi, has listed his luxury lake house in Cumming, Ga. for $3.25 million. According to the property's listing, the 9,448-square-foot house sits on a .81 acre lot that backs up to both Lake Lanier and a stunning wooded area. It also features seven bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a pool — which made it the perfect family home.
