Zac Efron stepped out in style for his first public appearance since he was hospitalized following a swimming pool incident in Ibiza. The actor, 36, was photographed attending the amfAR Gala during the 81st Venice International Film Festival on Sunday, Sept. 1, one month after the incident in Spain. Efron sported an all-black look for the glitzy event, wearing a black blazer over a matching T-shirt and pants, along with black sunglasses.
