Annaleigh Ashford is officially a mom of two! The Sweeney Todd star, 39, and husband Joe Tapper welcomed their second baby together, daughter Lucy Jean Tapper, on Tuesday, Oct. 8, a rep for the couple exclusively confirms to PEOPLE. "We are so happy to announce that our newest member of the family has made her entrance and Jack is so happy to be a big brother," the couple tells PEOPLE in a statement.
