Jury selection in the highly anticipated trial of Richard Allen, the man accused of murdering Delphi teenagers Liberty 'Libby' German and Abigail 'Abby' Williams, will begin Monday. Two years after local man Allen, 52, was arrested and charged with the girls' double murders the case, which has been characterized by a string of chaotic developments, will finally be heard. But, in a bid to ensure an unbiased jury pool amid intense local feeling and high publicity, jurors will be selected not from Carroll County in which the small town of Delphi, Indiana sits, but Allen County more than 100 miles away.
