Chilling new surveillance footage has been released as part of the investigation into a missing Canadian woman. Amber Manthorne, 40, vanished on Vancouver Island more than two years ago. Detectives suspect foul play and have since named her ex boyfriend Justin Hall as a person of interest. Manthorne was thought to be in Hall's company the day she disappeared. He was found dead almost year after her disappearance. Now police have released footage taken at a gas station close to where she vanished, showing Hall attempting to load a suitcase into her vehicle.
