An elderly Texas man was struck in the back of the head by his Uber driver amid a heated argument over legroom. Surveillance video captured the harrowing moment Suleman Gauba, 68, was punched in the Dallas Design District on Wednesday. Footage shows the Uber driver arriving at Market Center Boulevard where Gauba and his wife were waiting to be picked up. The elderly couple can be seen climbing into the back seats of the Uber Driver's Chevrolet Malibu.
