Donna Kelce has her fingers crossed that her son Travis Kelce, who just turned 35, will fulfill one of his birthday wishes. PEOPLE caught up with Donna at Glamour's 2024 Women of the Year event held at The Times Square EDITION in New York City on Oct. 8. Donna, 71, was one of the evening's honorees, sharing the cover with other Moms of the Year including Tina Knowles, Maggie Baird and Mandy Teefey.
