Special Counsel Jack Smith submitted a new filing against Donald Trump on Wednesday as part of his allegedly fraudulent activity in the 2020 election. The case against Trump - who resided in the White House between 2017 and 2021 - accuses him of conspiring to overturn his 2020 election defeat to Joe Biden.
