Mauricio Umansky has filed for a conservatorship over his 81-year-old father, Eduardo Umansky. The real estate mogul is hoping to serve as the conservator, along with his sister Sharon Umansky Benton, over Eduardo's person and estate after an Aug. 14 filing stating that he is unable to care for himself. In a petition for appointment of probate conservator obtained by PEOPLE, Mauricio and Sharon claimed their father's girlfriend was using his inability to "resist undue influence and fraud" for her own benefit.
