A judge who denied Sean "Diddy" Combs bail is no longer assigned to the music mogul's federal sex trafficking case. Combs' case was reassigned on Oct. 3 to Judge Arun Subramanian, who replaces Andrew L. Carter Jr. as the judge overseeing the case, according to court records viewed by PEOPLE. During Combs' Sept. 18 bail hearing, Carter said he would send the case to another judge if he was unable to accommodate a trial date with the Bad Boy Records founder, who declined to waive his right to a speedy trial.
