A judge has been stood down after secret recordings caught her using shockingly racist language and bragging about being 'untouchable'. Oakland County Probate Judge Kathleen Ryan confessed she was a racist, branded black people 'lazy pieces of s**t', and raged against Black Lives Matter. She is also heard using homophobic slurs against a senior official, who is gay, in the recordings. Ryan was removed from her docket in the court in Detroit on August 27, and is being investigated by the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission.
