A Kentucky mother was arrested and later booked in Vanderburgh County Jail after she was accused of attacking a 12-year-old girl at a fall festival. While waiting on line for an amusement ride at the West Side Nut Club Fall Festival, Kristin Burnett, 33, of Louisville, allegedly grabbed the young girl by her throat, slammed her against a metal fence and held her there until detectives were able to pull her off the child.
