A caregiver was strangled by her coworker in Brazil after she refused to kiss him only days after she got married. Cintia Barbosa, 38, refused the advances of Marcelo Santos while working at the residence of an elderly couple they were caring for in Goiânia on November 4. In a video recording of his interrogation following his November 5 arrest, Santos told Goiás police that Barbosa slapped him when he approached her for a kiss and that he responded by choking her unconscious.
