Chanel West Coast is sharing some devastating news about her father Jamie Dudley's health. The Ridiculousness alum, whose real name is Chelsea Chanel Dudley, announced in an Instagram post on Friday, Nov. 8 that her father has been diagnosed with an inoperable cancerous tumor. "My Dad has an inoperable tumor that is so big it cannot be treated with chemo. Right now we are looking for a miracle," she wrote in the post.
