Eric Adams is skipping out of a major Democrat Party fundraiser just a day after congratulating Donald Trump on his victory. Adams, the Democrat mayor of New York City who has previously slammed the party's harsh rhetoric against Trump, is not attending 'Somos,' a huge party fundraiser held in Puerto Rico that he has attended twice in the past. The mayor congratulated Trump on his victory and said he spoke to the president-elect on the phone privately Wednesday.
