Donald Trump's pick of Fox News host Pete Hegseth to lead the Department of Defense will no doubt shake up the Pentagon say troops. The heavily tattooed 44-year-old deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan and won two Bronze Stars, then unsuccessfully ran for Senate in Minnesota in 2012 before joining Fox News. Hegseth's appointment came as a surprise to many since he's a non-establishment pick with no previous government experience who will be leading the nation's largest federal agency with a $800 billion budget.
