The first half of Saturday's SEC Championship ended in chaos as Georgia quarterback Carson Beck was sacked by the Texas defense, resulting an injury to his throwing arm – and perhaps the Bulldogs' playoff chances. He was ruled out of the game and replaced by backup Gunner Stockton. Cameras quickly shot to Tracy Beck, Carson's mother, who appeared to confidently tell her companions 'we got this' as she received a comforting embrace.
