An inmate was fatally beaten to death by prison guards who savagely punched and kicked him as he lay shackled and defenseless, horrific bodycam footage shows. Robert Brooks, 43, was pronounced dead on December 10, the morning after the brutal assault at the Marcy Correctional Facility in Oneida County. His final, agonizing moments were caught on body worn cameras used by prison officers which showed the attack as well as several prison wardens failing to intervene.
