New Orleans Saints quarterback Derek Carr piled on the woes for fans in the Big Easy Sunday when he suffered a game-ending injury. And concern only grew when the 33-year-old was seen leaving MetLife Stadium with his arm in a cast following the Saint's narrow win over the New York Giants, Nick Underhill reported. The signal caller is feared to have suffered a fracture in his left, non-throwing hand, according to NFL insider Ian Rapoport.
