US Postal Service suspends inbound packages from China amid Trump's global trade war

The U.S. Postal Service will temporarily suspend accepting inbound parcels from China and Hong Kong amid President Donald Trump's trade war. The change, which went into effect on Tuesday, will not impact the flow of letters and 'flats' from China and Hong Kong, the agency wrote on its website. USPS did not immediately comment on whether this was tied to Trump's decision to end 'de minimis' shipments on goods valued under $800 from China and other countries.
