There's no surefire way to make sure a couple conceives a son or daughter, but The Bachelor alum Jade Roper may have found a trick to help. Answering questions via her Instagram Story on Wednesday, March 19, Roper, 38, addressed one fan who asked for advice on how to conceive a boy or girl. We didn't try anything specific for either, but I do know that when we conceived Emmy, Tanner made me do a headstand afterwards for a few min, and we didn't do that with the boys, she wrote over a pic of her and husband Tanner Tolbert.
