Kentucky Derby guests were seen getting a little rowdy ahead of the coveted horse race... as they arrived in extravagant dresses and enormous hats. The race is set to take place this evening at 6:57pm at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky, but the festivities have long been underway. Guests arrived hours ahead of the event to start celebrating, and the attendees seemed to have a seriously good time.
