
Police issued an Amber Alert on the afternoon of Monday, June 16 for a 4-year-old boy who is missing after a shooting in Norfolk, Virginia. According to the alert put out by Norfolk Police, officials are searching for 27-year-old Tyli Scott as they believe he took 4-year-old Kai Foreman. Police say the young boy is believed to be in extreme danger. Police said Kai went missing following a deadly shooting at around 11:40 a.m. local time. Norfolk Police Chief Mark Talbottold local news reportersthat police were dispatched to reports of a possible shooting. Once there, they found a woman who was later pronounced dead. Police said Scott is believed to be armed and dangerous. "We believe that this was a targeted event. It wasn't random by any stretch of the imagination," Talbot said. PolicesaidScott is 6'1", weighing 173 pounds with black braids. He was last seen wearing khakis, a plaid shirt and a ski mask. Kai Foreman was described as 3' 6", weighing 40 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
