There's been silence ever since, but according to another Southern Charm star,Salley Carson, there's been some things happening behind the scenes.

Salley was a recent guest onSiriusXM's Page Six Radio. During the conversation she expressed her empathy towards Austen's uncomfortablepodcast interview.
"It honestly kind of broke my heart for him. I mean, watching it back, like I called him and made sure he was okay because I'm like, I am so sorry. That must have been, you know, just really hard. It also, it just came of nowhere," she reflected in the February 10 episode.
The reality TV star also spilled some tea regarding how Natalie and Nick have apparently responded to the backlash.
"They definitely did apologize to Austen, but I think that it needed to be a lot bigger than that. I'm kinda of like, are y'all like not wanting to apologize because you don't really wanna admit that it was wrong?"
The Viall Files have continued without a hitch, so there's no telling whether the incident will ever be addressed any further.
