NEW YORK (AP) — Sean "Diddy" Combs has been transferred to a prison in New Jersey to serve out the remainder of his four-year prison sentence on prostitution-related charges.

The hip-hop mogul is currently incarcerated at the Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institute, located about 34 miles (55 kilometers) east of Philadelphia on the grounds of the joint military base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, according to his listing in the federal Bureau of Prisons inmate database as of Friday.

It's not immediately clear when Combs was moved from the troubled Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where he had been held since his arrest last September.

Lawyers for Combs and spokespersons for the agency didn't immediately respond to emails seeking comment Friday.

Combs' lawyers had asked a judge earlier this month to "strongly recommend" transferring him to the low-security male prison so that he could take part in the facility's drug treatment program.

FCI Fort Dix, one of several dozen federal prisons with a residential drug treatment program, would best allow Combs "to address drug abuse issues and to maximize family visitation and rehabilitative efforts," Teny Geragos, his lawyer, wrote in a letter.

Combs has already served about 14 months of his 50-month sentence and is set to be released from prison on May 8, 2028, though he can earn reductions in his time behind bars through his participation in substance abuse treatment and other prison programs.

Earlier this week, Combs' lawyers asked a federal appeals court to quickly consider the legality of his conviction and sentence. The 55-year-old wants his appeal to be considered soon enough that he can benefit from a reduction of time spent in prison if the appeals court reverses his conviction, his lawyers said.

President Donald Trump has also said Combs had asked him for a pardon, though the Republican did not say if he would grant the request.

The founder of Bad Boy Records was convicted in July of flying his girlfriends and male sex workers around the country to engage in drug-fueled sexual encounters in multiple places over many years. However, he was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges that could have put him behind bars for life.

In a letter to the judge before he was sentenced, Combs said he has gone through a "spiritual reset" in jail and was "committed to the journey of remaining a drug free, non-violent and peaceful person."

The Best TV Shows to Watch This Fall Netflix/AppleTV+/Disney+/Hulu

"Hearst Magazines and Yahoo may earn commission or revenue on some items through these links."

Now that the leaves are changing color and the temperature is dropping, there's no better time to snuggle up on the couch with a new TV show. But without heavy-hitters like The Pitt, Severance, and The Studio airing for the rest of the year, where shall we turn our attention to this season? The answer lies in the list below, which promises the return of some fan-favorites (like The Morning Show, Nobody Wants This, and Landman); the debuts of all-new series (like Rachel Sennott's I Love LA and The Beast in Me starring Claire Danes); and a even a few grand finales (it's time to say goodbye to Stranger Things and Bel-Air). Here are the shows to keep an eye on this fall, listed in order of their premiere date.

The Paper

"You can expect any spinoff of The Office to garner a ton of interest and immediate fans. The Paper is set at the headquarters of a Toledo newspaper that's the focus of a documentary. The publication is well regarded but, like much of media, is struggling against dwindling interest. Domhnall Gleeson plays the new editor-in-chief, who decides the best way to cut costs is to staff the editorial department with inexperienced volunteers. The cast is rounded out by Sabrina Impacciatore, Alex Edelman, Melvin Gregg, and Oscar Nuñez, who is reprising his role from The Office."—Adrienne Gaffney, features editor

Task

"Four years after Mare of Easttown aired, creator Brad Ingelsby is back with Task. Like Mare, it takes place in Pennsylvania and—with frequent cultural references—makes sure you know it. But it's also similarly gripping. Tom (Mark Ruffalo) is running a task force focused on a series of dangerous robberies. The robberies, we learn, are being done by Robbie (Tom Pelphrey), a sympathetic dad, making what could have been a clichéd cops-and-robbers story much more interesting."—AG

Olivia Munn has the cutest little banh bao on the menu!

In honor of Halloween 2025, the actress, whose mother is from Vietnam, celebrated her culture and the annual holiday with her baby girl.

"OMG, THE CUTEST MOST DELICIOUS DUMPLING, like ever," Munn captioned a Friday, Oct. 31 Instagram carousel of herself and her daughter Méi.

A post shared by o l i v i a (@oliviamunn)

The Your Friends & Neighbors star, 45, began the photo roundup with a picture of Méi sitting in a bamboo dumpling steamer on a kitchen counter. She was dressed in an off-white bodysuit and hat made to mimic the steamed buns filled with savory fillings.

Sitting beside her was a bottle of soy sauce, a pair of chopsticks and bowls.

Munn, who also shares son Malcolm, 2, with husband John Mulaney, appeared in the third slide, smiling as she stood beside her little "banh bao" and holding onto the chopsticks.

She ended her post with a picture of her holding Méi, who was born on Sept. 14, 2024.

"Bun Bao for Halloween! 包子 🥟," the X-Men: Apocalypse actress captioned a video version of the yummy costume.

Halloween 2025 isn't the first time Munn has integrated her Vietnamese roots into the festive holiday.

Last year, she dressed Méi as a DIY "Omakase for Halloween."

Munn's video showed her documenting the step-by-step process of turning her baby into different pieces of sushi, dressing her daughter in salmon, tuna and egg-colored onesies.

She used a round, white pillow to act as "rice" and added a "seaweed" blanket.

"This is such an easy way to make beautiful sushi at home," a voice said in the background of the video.

In 2022, baby Malcolm went as Munn's mother for Halloween — complete with a wig in a super similar style to his grandmother's hair.

"Happy Halloween!! Here is Malcolm dressed as my mom," the actress confirmed in a social media post at the time.

She also included a photo of her mother Kimberly sitting in a chair, wearing a gray shirt and surrounded by snacks as a point of reference for the inspiration for Malcolm's look.

Just one month after he was born on Nov. 24, 2021, Munn shared an Instagram Stories post of Mulaney, 43, holding the infant inside of a large pot on a kitchen counter.

— Indiana Pacers (@Pacers) October 31, 2025

Toppin started the season strong, putting up 20 points off the bench in the Pacers' season-opening double-OT loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. Toppin missed Indiana's last game (a loss to the Dallas Mavericks) after being ruled out with a "right foot stress reaction."

In his first three games of the season, Toppin has averaged 14 points and 27 minutes per game off the bench.

Toppin is the latest injury blow for the Pacers, who are playing the entire season without star Tyrese Haliburton, who is recovering from an Achilles tear suffered during Game 7 of the NBA Finals. Though there was initially some hope from fans that the point guard could return before the end of the year, president of basketball operations Kevin Pritchard confirmed in July that Haliburton would miss the whole season, with the team not wanting to "jeopardize" his long-term health.

The Pacers' ability to adjust to Haliburton's absence was one of the big questions heading into this season. But without the guard, forward Pascal Siakam has stepped up, leading Indiana across four major categories (points, rebounds, assists, steals) in the first four games of the year. In addition, third-year guard Ben Sheppard has also continued to develop as a starting shooting guard, with players like Jarace Walker and RayJ Dennis contributing significant points.
