A CLASS action lawsuit against a supplement company could put money back in your pocket.
Those who purchased Naturelo magnesium supplements over a six year period are entitled to a fraction of a $1.2 million settlement pot.
And Americans, regardless of having a receipt, can still receive financial compensation in the form of a $24.95 reward.
The settlement impacts customers who bought Naturelo's magnesium glycinate chelate 200-milligram supplements between September 1, 2018, and February 28, 2024, per the lawsuit.
Accused of falsifying how much bioavailable magnesium is in each supplement, Naturelo agreed to pay $1.5 million to resolve claims.
Bioavailability refers to the ability of a drug to be absorbed and used by the body.
According to the lawsuit, the capsules are not large enough to have 200 milligrams of high-quality magnesium glycinate chelate.
Plaintiffs are making the case against the company by claiming it uses lower-quality forms of magnesium, such as magnesium oxide, to cut corners.
The company brands itself on producing supplements with the "cleanest most bioavailable ingredients" and "real whole food nutrition" according to its website.
Naturelo hasn't admitted to any wrongdoing.
HOW TO QUALIFY
Customers can provide an Amazon order ID, sales receipt, order confirmation email, or other documentation showing the date and location of the purchase.
This information must contain the name of the purchased product and the amount paid.

However, an option for those without proof of supplement purchase is also available.
Those who bought the supplement directly from Naturelo should have received a Class Member ID.
This group does not need to prove their purchase unless additional purchases from Amazon were made at the same time.
Users can choose one of four claim forms that best fit their situation.
