One day after the country star, 62, requested a temporary restraining order against her in a Tennessee court, the singer (born Johanna Rose Hodges) filed a counter complaint detailing his alleged substance abuse issues that she claims made him 'unpredictable and volatile.' The Sydney native, 37, also revealed that the Achy Breaky Heart hitmaker filed for divorce just 24 hours before she was reportedly scheduled to undergo a preventative double mastectomy.
