Subway's plan to have all its US restaurants serving Pepsi rather than Coca-Cola is going flat. The multi-million-dollar deal would mean not only mean swapping from the No1 to No2 cola. Customers would see Sprite, Fanta, Vitamin Water, Powerade and Dasani disappear = and be replaced by Mountain Dew, Starry, Tropicana, Lipton, Gatorade and Aquafina. But some restaurant managers are pushing back on the switch. The sandwich chain announced in March it had signed the 10-year agreement with rival Pepsi to supply its almost 20,000 locations the US.
