More than $12million has been placed on the US election following the lifting of a ban on betting last week, with traders predicting a narrow win for Donald Trump. Trading platform Kalshi, which was victorious in its legal fight against regulators last week, is offering investors the chance to stake up to $100million on the outcome of the November election. Since the platform began taking in bets in the days since the ban was lifted, more than $12million has been taken in.
