He became a household name in 1993 after his wife cut off his penis while he slept - but over 30 years on, John Wayne Bobbitt's life hasn't been any easier. The former US Marine, 57, who lives in Las Vegas , had been married to Lorena Gallo for four years when she famously sliced off his member with a butcher's knife in the middle of the night on 23 June 1993.
