90s rocker Billy Corgan has become a father for the third time after he welcomed a baby daughter with his wife. The Smashing Pumpkins frontman and his partner Chloe Mendel announced the birth of their newborn, Juno, into the world in 'the wee hours' of Tuesday. The couple, 58, already share Augustus, nine, and six-year-old Philomena, with Chloe, 32, giving birth at their family home in Illinois. In an interview they announced baby Juno weighed 9lb 9oz and measured 22 inches long.
