DIDDY has found inspiration from a higher power, as he challenges a federal human trafficking investigation against him.

But critics are slamming the rapper for his religious response.

Diddy is facing allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms.

Federal agents raided his Miami and Los Angeles homes in March, leaving with various boxes and laptop computers.

On Saturday, the 54-year-old shared a subtle swipe at the allegations, and his opinions of them, in an Instagram post.

Diddy shared video clips of himself hugging friends, and part of a prayer circle.

The Victory singer also stood on a beach, at the foot of the rocking waves, with his back to the camera.

A following shot featured Diddy with outstretched arms, looking to the sky, as the heavy wind whipped around him.

Over the video, Diddy included part of a sermon from Christian pastor and motivational speaker TD Jakes, with a message of perseverance.

"Not hysterical, not frantic, not anxious, not fretful, but steady in the storm," the deep voiced pastor spoke. "Looks bad, looks tough, but remains steady in the storm."

But fans became upset with Diddy's sudden show of faith, and flooded the comments section with admonishment.

"Don't try to bring God into this," one person warned, as another added on, "God can't save you from this."

"I would sit this one out, chief," a third person suggested.

While one person clapped back, "Sometimes we create our own 'storms,' and then get mad when it rains."

RAID

Dramatic video showed the moment heavily armed Homeland Security officers descended on Diddy's homes at the end of March.

Homeland Security said agents "executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners."

Video obtained by Los Angeles Fox affiliate KTTV showed several individuals in handcuffs and sitting on the lawn of his Holmby Hills mansion.

Additional video from Florida showed federal investigators arriving by boat at a home in Miami linked to Diddy.

Law enforcement was seen on the dock and surrounding the sprawling waterfront mansion.

They carried out boxes of evidence, including what appeared to be two laptops.

ALLEGATIONS

The next day, Diddy's attorney, Aaron Dyer, condemned the "unprecedented" raids and said the rapper was innocent.

"Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs' residence," Aaron said.

"There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated.

"This unprecedented ambush – paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence – leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits."

The raids came after Diddy was met with various allegations, which included a bombshell $30 million lawsuit against him.

The lawsuit was filed by Combs' former employee, Rodney "Lil Rod."

Part of it claimed Combs' ex-girlfriend, Miami rapper Yung Miami, was paid a monthly fee to provide sexual favors for Combs.

She denied the allegations on X, formally Twitter, writing, "Something the internet made up and yall ran with it!"
